The game has a lot of lewd content, and both nudity and sex occurs frequently. There is a bit of violence in the game, but never very realistic or gruesome.
Both the main-character and enemies are able to utilize sexual acts in combat to seduce each other. This could appear non-consensual out of context, but everyone involved are willing participants.
There is however also some minor references to background characters being sex-slaves.
Some characters consume alcohol and tobacco in the game.
The main character may choose to engage in sex work at times.
There occurs a lot sex with humanoids like goblins or demons, there's also tentacle sex.
There's quite a bit of bdsm like spanking, choking, bondage and whipping. But no gore or injuries.

Alchemy Quest is the story of a young sorceress that’s ended up in a sticky situation. Now she has to rely on her pretty looks and alchemical knowledge to get out of it. Even though she faces many daunting challenges ahead of her, she has a trick up her sleeve; by drinking the semen of other people and monsters she’s able to steal their powers.

The game features classic RPG-content with enemies and dungeons, tons of animated sex scenes, mini-games, alchemy, outfits and gardening.  

The game contains 100s of unique items and outfits to try. Tons of special spells and sexual skills that allows you to create your own playstyle, as well as many types of enemies that require strategy or preparation to defeat.

The game contains a huge amount of lewd content that gets progressively unlocked throughout the game, including images, animations and mini-games.

Between all of the salacious fucking and the fierce battles the game contains a variety of side-activities. You can collect cute outfits, grow plants in the garden, brew new potions in the lab, or gamble away your hard-earned coins playing cards.
