“Estimates are not our strong suit but we will try and provide rough estimates based on the work we've done so far and what remains to be done.

Based on the time spent so far we would expect to be in a release ready state by the end of the summer of 2019.”

“The full version of Arkin will have several new missions that will complete the main campaign story arc. The ship customization system will also be improved, including more customization options and a more refined customization interface. Full controller support will be implemented including flight sticks and HOTAS setups.”

抢先体验版本的现状如何？

“Arkin is currently in an Alpha state.

Gameplay, mechanics, and visuals are mostly complete with only minor tweaks remaining.

Three full missions of the planned nine are nearly complete including a tutorial and two campaign missions.

Ship customization has been implemented. The underlaying systems are finished but refinement to the customization UI and creation of more equipment to fit remains.”

“Pricing will change as we progress through the Early Access process and the game becomes more polished.”

在开发过程中，你们是如何计划让玩家社区参与进来的？

“We plan on involving the community by getting as much constructive feedback as possible to improve the game. We are looking for feedback on all elements of the game but primarily gameplay mechanics, controls, and ship customization. We are also very interested in feedback from those who use a controller or joystick setup as it is difficult for us to test across many different devices.

We will be primarily using the Steam Community as our means of communication between players and us as it is the easiest and most accessible form of communication being built directly into the Steam platform.”
