Italian Brain Rot Simulator is a chaotic PvP card game where logic goes to die and nonsense reigns supreme. Build your deck from a growing collection of bizarre, iconic, and possibly cursed characters, then face off against other players in matches where anything can happen — and probably will.

Craft ridiculous combos, fuse creatures that were never meant to exist, and upgrade your cards to unlock even dumber powers. The more unhinged your deck becomes, the more powerful (and rotten) you grow.

This isn’t about balance. This is about trallallero.
