Cut and kill in one hit with manual control of your sword in wide levels full of roaming monsters. This demo includes a small sandbox and lacks failure states for the player, with the number of enemies turned up to be somewhat unreasonable. I will update it with more content soon.

About This Demo

This demo includes a small sandbox and lacks failure states for the player, with the number of enemies turned up to be somewhat unreasonable. This demo doesn't reflect the intended experience, and I will continue updating it.

In this version of the game you can try the movement and sword mechanics with a few types of npcs, and after a couple minutes a unique enemy will attack you, and then a different unique enemy after that. If you're lucky(?) you might run into a mimic.

Meant to be played fullscreen(press ALT+ENTER) at 1080p or there will be graphical glitches. Gamepad required(for now).

CONTROLS: Use the right analog stick to move your sword's crosshair and pull the right trigger to control how far your sword is from your body. The right bumper changes the sword's resting point. Your sword will only cut with enough momentum driving it.

The left bumper jumps yourself, and holding while moving sideways makes Nemo run. You can drop through stairs and background scenery objects by jumping with the analog stick pointed down.

KNOWN GLITCHES: hurtbox indexes can get messed up, but this is mostly benign. If your sword disappears getting hit again should resolve it.

The level may generate incorrectly, due to the system not having the assets it needs to resolve special cases.

I hope to resolve these by the next demo version
