This game features moderate violence: you’ll be shooting zombies and demons with firearms, and while blood splatter is common, graphic gore (dismemberment, exposed entrails, etc.) is rare. Health is restored by using medical syringes—when you use one, a brief injection animation plays, but there’s no depiction of self-harm.
