you do not need to purchase it again from this store page.

After release, this standalone version will be automatically added to your Steam library.
There is no need to buy anything again.

The DLC version will remain playable as long as you do not delete it.
If you delete it, please download the standalone version automatically added to your library.

Although the DLC store page will be hidden from general users,
you can continue to access it from your Steam client.
