Explore a haunting, sun-blasted open world where every landmark tells a story of collapse. From buried cities and rusted ruins to shifting dunes and lost temples—this world is both your enemy and your only companion.

DEEP AND LAYERED SURVIVAL

Survival is not a meter to fill—it's a complex system:

• Hydration and hunger: Every drop of water and calorie matters

• Body temperature: Stay cool in the blazing heat and warm during freezing nights

• Exhaustion: Rest is just as critical as food

• Weight and calorie balance: Your body weight changes realistically based on what you eat and how active you are. Eat too much and move too little, and you’ll gain weight. Run on empty, and your body will burn fat to survive. It’s all about finding the right balance.

DYNAMIC WILDLIFE ENCOUNTERS

The ecosystem has adapted in dangerous ways. Some creatures hunt. Others flee. You’ll have to learn the hard way which is which.

CRAFTING AND RESOURCE MANAGEMENT

Afterheat features a fully dynamic temperature and weather simulation:

• Environmental factors like shadows, wind, and clothing dynamically affect your body temperature
