The primary reason for early access is to to fully playtest the game with a wide range of people. This isn't to say the game hasn't been playtested or is low quality. But early access could open the game up to a wider audience. This kind of feedback would allow me to substantially improve the game.

The structure of the game is also suited for early access. It is a horde based arena shooter with no linear story. Levels are designed to be replayed. Progression is in the form of unlocking levels and weapons (although this hasn't been finalised).

Players can try to beat their score or use different weapons and different strategies. This is nonlinear, meaning players can play in any order. So returning to the game at a later point in early access has no negative. They can just pick up and play.

Adding content like this is ideally what I would be doing during the early access period.

“The game is structured where there are a various levels where players can compete for score. The player can bring in a variety of weapons and perks that change gameplay in nteresting ways. This foundation won't change.
But, right now, there are 2 levels and 2 weapons. I would like to add atleast 10 levels and 10 weapons. Along with a potential story mode depending on how the early access goes. There will be graphical improvements too.”

“Playable and polished with a 1-2 hour playtime. There is also steamwork leaderboards for each level.

- Satisfaction guaranteed. Put on a podcast and start blasting.

Specifically:
- First person shooter gameplay on fixed levels with wave defense against numerous enemies.
- 5 stages/levels with gold/silver/bronze medal scoring with Steamworks scoreboard integration.
- 3 weapons to unlock.
- First person shooting with reloading, sprinting, ADS and extra abilities depending on the weapon
- Unlock numerous cheats that unlock funny gameplay elements.

“Yes it will be double the price it is now.”

Hvordan har I tænkt jer at involvere fællesskabet i jeres udviklingsproces?

“I have a discord and a demo online, along with a following on twitter. Ideally the community will give feedback either on one of those platforms, or from the steam community itself.

I am keenly interested in what is working and what is not working in the game and would like to hear from as many people as possible. So I will be frequently trying to talk to as many people as I can on the various social media platforms (primarily discord). Polls, quizzes will be part of this. But just generally speaking, I'd like to see what people think of the game and then make it better, with an open dialog.”
