Miksi Early Access?

As a solo developer, launching a complete game at once is a huge challenge. Early Access allows me to continue developing the game with the support and feedback of the community. It gives me the opportunity to refine gameplay, fix bugs, and expand the experience based on what players enjoy the most.

Miten kauan peli tulee arviolta olemaan Early Access -vaiheessa?

I expect the game to stay in Early Access for roughly 8 to 12 months. This may change depending on player feedback, bug fixes, and feature development.

Millä tavoin lopullinen versio tulee eroamaan Early Access -versiosta?

The full version is planned to include additional content such as more maps, new weapons, expanded enemy types, and an improved co-op experience. The goal is to build on the chaotic and funny core of the game with more replayable features also guided by community suggestions.

Mikä on Early Access -version tila tällä hetkellä?

The game already features multiple maps, explosive zombie combat, and core mechanics like shooting, kicking, and physics-driven chaos. It’s fully playable and offers a lot of fun moments, but still has bugs and areas for improvement. See the “About This” section for more details.

Muuttuuko pelin hinta Early Access -vaiheen jälkeen?

I plan to gradually raise the price as more content and features are added. The Early Access version is priced lower to reflect the in-progress nature of the game.

Community feedback will directly influence future updates. I’ll be listening closely to what players want, whether it's gameplay tweaks, feature suggestions, or bug reports. Feedback can be shared through Steam forums, Discord, or social media, and will help shape the direction of the game.

Ascension of the Dead is a chaotic, physics-driven zombie shooter where every fight is a spectacle of explosions, ragdoll mayhem, and pure adrenaline. Whether you're dropkicking a corpse across the room or turning crowds into flying zombies with a grenade, AOTD is designed to make every encounter feel fun, violent, and stupidly satisfying.

GAMEPLAY:

Kill zombies, Watch them fly 200 meters, Get points, Spend it on insane weapons, perks, and nonsense machines, Repeat until you’re the god of moshpit madness.

FEATURES:

Explosive Combat – Use grenades, melee kicks, and heavy weaponry to obliterate enemies with style.

Brutal Kicking System – Launch zombies across the map with physics-based knockback that never gets old.
