“Vasilisa the beautiful” is a Russian folklore story about a girl that lose her mother, her father remarried a cold-hearted women whom abuse Vasilisa with the help of her daughters, one day the daughters send Vasilisa into a mission to borrow light from the evil witch Baba Yaga, with the help of a magic talking doll given by Vasilisa's mother she have to get the light and return home safely.

based on some action you take in the game you will end up of one of three possible endings

the magic doll will give you hint if you get stuck in a puzzle, but only if you turn it on from the settings menu, for people who want to challenge themselves first.
