„MacIn-VR is designed to empower anyone to create and share Metaverse worlds & experiences on the Mac, being built collaboratively with a passionate Macintosh community. We believe that a truly immersive and engaging Mac virtual reality platform experience should evolve alongside the creativity and insights of its own user base. Early Access will permit us the opportunity to showcase the early progress will make together and invite new players to help shape the future of the Metaverse on the Mac by actively engaging players in the feature set development and improving the overall platform as a result.

Our current early journey in the metaverse has been deeply influenced by the enthusiasm of our Metaverse Mac community—many of whom started as VR enthusiasts on the PC switching and wanting to be on the Mac. This shared passion of the Metaverse on the Mac has given MacIn-VR the attention of the community, and we are ready to welcome an audience through Steam Early Access that wants to be part of the social Metaverse experience on the Mac. As we take this next step, we invite players to join us in shaping the future of the Metaverse on the Mac through MacIn-VR. Whether it's sharing ideas, testing new features, or bringing fresh virtual experiences onto life in the form of worlds & avatars, player involvement on Early Access will be instrumental in defining the next chapter of our collective journey of the Metaverse on the Mac.

„MacIn-VR will be an ever-evolving Metaverse MMO platform. It's maturity of basic functionality should reach a level of competence by xMas 2025, we them will congregate with fellow testers and team members on whether we want it out of Early Access or not by then (2026). “

Jak se bude plná verze lišit od předběžného přístupu?

„The full edition of MacIn-VR should be able to have central server world instances, where players can socialize in which ever world instances, they would like. As of now, in limited form, we plan to implement Peer to Peer (P2P) instance system until we mature enough where we can have central server instances. “

V jaké fázi vývoje se hra nachází?

„The current state of MacIn-VR is single player mode and the beginning of browsing worlds and adjusting the basic settings of the basis of the game. Basic support for VRM avatar formats and the beginning of world instancing.“

Změní se cena hry po skončení předběžného přístupu?

„MacIn-VR is free to access, both in its Early Access state and its eventual more mature form. To access MacIn-VR, you will not need to pay to enter the Metaverse on the Mac. We plan on having Metaverse-like monetization in the future where fellow players can purchase virtual property, worlds, items and additional functionality on top to greatly enhance the experience. MacIn-VR will always be free to access, however. “

„Our community plays a vital role in the early shaping of MacIn-VR. While we build this early Metaverse platform together, it is our Mac players who will bring it to fruition amd beyond. Our goal is to provide the platform player-facing tools for sharing, streaming, hosting worlds & avatars, and exploring any activity imaginable on the Mac Metaverse. We want creators to feel empowered into crafting engaging virtual experiences that will diversify the platform by providing this platform to them.

By involving the player base in our development process and guidance through communication and understanding, we can make MacIn-VR the best it can be. We’re eager to hear player feedback and suggestions to pivot MacIn-VR forward, and we’ll be paying close attention to every idea and incorporate it in some form onto MacIn-VR.“
