It is the final day of the Holy Empire. Alone and under siege, the desperate king calls upon dark powers, trapping his city in an endless night. Amidst daemons and destruction, the final Pilgrim arrives, bound to silence and seeking atonement. What horrors will they face, what faces will they meet, and what will they leave in their wake for them to see their journey to its end. By flame or shadow, all things fade.

Pilgrim: Unto Shadow is an innovative 0D action RPG where what you choose to do matters. Combining elements of souls like action and classic JRPG storytelling, Pilgrim hosts a dense, interconnected world for you to explore and overcome. Make choices that will affect the fate of you and the other characters that remain in this ruined city. With many ways to advance, it is up to you to find your own path, and do so in the style you like best. With dozens of spells to find, myriad enemies and bosses, and uncounted secrets, the Sanctified Heart is yours to find, if you are able. What path will bring you to your end, Pilgrim?

  Fight for your life in a brand new 0D combat system. Combining different elements of souls-like action, turn based strategy, and rhythm adjacent elements, Pilgrim provides a brand-new challenge to overcome. With precise timing and knowledge, dodge and block enemy attacks, and counter with your own complex combos to overcome any obstacle.

• Overcome Great Foes

  Fight powerful and dangerous enemies as you traverse the dangerous world. There are dozens of enemies, each posing a unique threat to you and your journey. Face many bosses, both required and hidden, and overcome each in your own way.

• Discover Powerful Spells

  Find and use dozens of unique spells and weapon combos. With each one you add to your arsenal, further develop your own play style and become the master of the deep. All spells are available at any time, to those who know how.

• Explore the Shadowed City

  Uncover the hidden truths of Elphanis, the City of Salvation. What mysteries lie shrouded in its past? What horrors wait patiently to be uncovered? With myriad paths to traverse and many dark corners to alight, the city is open to those who know the way.

• Bring Your Journey to its End

  Your path intersects with those of many others. Even without speech, you still have great influence over them and their destiny. Face challenges, give items, and make choices to decide the fate of those Pilgrims who remain. What you do, and what you ignore, both will decide where your journey ends.
