That enemy, Doppel, looks exactly like you and relentlessly chases you by perfectly mirroring your every move.

As long as you remain in the light, Doppel will pursue you without end. But in the darkness, you are safe — the shadows will shield you.

Facing Yourself

Doppel is the embodiment of fear, born from your own mind.

While hiding in the dark may offer temporary relief, you must ultimately outpace and overcome Doppel in order to move forward.

You, a novelist standing at the edge of despair, must confront your roots and face the fears buried deep within your heart as you flee from Doppel.

Art: Minimal Pixel Graphics Using Only Two Colors

Every visual element in "The Doppel" is rendered using only two colors.

This minimalistic, low-resolution style evokes a sense of nostalgia and invites the player’s imagination to fill in the world’s details.
