Safe Hayven is a 2D pixel platformer with a killer soundtrack that will take you on a cyberpunk journey into the future. Aya is in the city of Wrexham, 2089.  The world is being dominated by the Z-54 A.I and Aya leads the "Rezistance" in fighting back against this new threat.

“It is estimated the game will be in early access for a minimum of one year. ”

“The team would like to achieve a number of changes to the game. This may include more levels, different ways of traversal and general quality of life improvements, like save points.

“BETA stage of release.

The current state of the game includes three playable levels, the ability to traverse through the levels by running and jumping, ability to attack enemies, pick up certain items (data disks) and activate switches and doors.

The game currently includes an audio soundtrack, some in game "actions" have audio and also limited audio for lines of dialogue. There's also the inclusion of a menu, pause menu and subtitles.”

“The price will increase when leaving its early access phase.”

“The studio intends to get continued feedback on the game via further in person testing and involving the community via other means such as a discord server.

"Safe Hayven" is a new IP brought to you by Escape Code Games. Safe Hayven tells the story of Aya which is set in 2089.  The world is being dominated by the Z-54 A.I and Aya leads the "Rezistance" in fighting back against this new threat.

Taking place in a futuristic, cyberpunk version of the city Wrexham, players will dodge and weave enemies whilst collecting fragments of data to beat Z-54.

Platform your way through server rooms, factories and cyberpunk city scapes. Shut down servers, open trap doors, laser barriers and fight A.I driven robots. Aya is making her way to the Safe Hayven where tech is obsolete and safe from Z-54!

Your health is regenerative, so be sure to dash out of the way if enemies catch you. Shoot them from the hip using Ayas "cybermod".

If you die, you can re-boot Aya's heart, but be warned, you will start the adventure from the beginning. This is to give a retro feel to the game, like back in the good 'ol days!

Safe Hayven is brought to you by a small team at Escape Code Games. The studio have worked hard to make a love letter to old school platformers with the added flare of new vision, storytelling and music.
