  FICKLE FLAME

We invite you to experience our immersive, story-driven Platformer about a candle trying to save it's candle world. 

Play as the candle brother or candle sister. Explore, meet interesting characters, fight enemies. All to attempt to clear the candle world of the threatening fog and return it to its former happiness.

 INTRODUCTORY BIOME

This Game covers an introductory biome, in which the player becomes familiar with the moody Waxland. It is completely free and ment to receive the players feedback as well as their interest in a continuation of the full story of this game.

 STORY SNIPPET (NON SPOILER)

You find yourself in a world of living candles. Where life is simple. Old and young candles spend their day enlightening each others habitats. As it is a candles duty to bring light to its world, for as long and bright as it can! ... One day, however, a gray fog befell this happy candle world. The air became heavy and dusty. To survive in these conditions the candles started to burn their lifeforms away quicker when exposed to this unwelcome fog of death. ...

 WHO IS DEVELOPING FICKLE FLAME?

We are a group of Indie Game Developers from Poland and Germany. Currently consisting of 3 people, an Artist, Coder and Sound Designer. 

SirPine - the Artist. Introduced the project and re-awoken it from its slumber. He drives the project while creating unique and unpolished art that just has the right edge to it. In every of its creations. 

Dezt - the Coder. Plugging every asset and bit of gamelogic in its right spots. Happy to combine the precise world of code and creative world of art.

Kuba - the Sound Designer. Laying all creations into a melodic tune. He brings the final recipe to cook a masterpiece and immerse the player into the feel of the game.

Developing in our free time and trying our best to deliver the immersive, moody and story driven Platformer that we aim for.
