“As a small studio of only a couple guys we are working hard to get the game to a complete state. We want to include community feedback and adjustments to what the players really want and be able to include that before full release. The decision was not taken lightly and ultimately , this is the most beneficial route for everyone. ”

“We only plan to be in early access for 1 year. Bug fixes and balancing may shift this timeline, but the core of the game is complete aside from a few surprises.”

Things that are in the works for future content updates:

Bringing this all together and giving players the ultimate battleground to build up a base of operations and decimate their enemy by any means necessary will mean mission success for us.”

As I Survive is a brutal first-person survival shooter with RPG depth, set in a valley forgotten by time. Fifty years after the Collapse, nature has reclaimed the ruins — but new threats have risen in its place.

Face savage winters, unpredictable weather, and enemies determined to wipe you out. Build a foothold, adapt to the shifting seasons, and take the fight to a powerful faction, a ruthless shadow corporation, and the infected hordes clawing at humanity’s last hope.

Explore overgrown cities, abandoned mines, endless forests, and dangerous underground bunkers — if you can survive long enough.

Game Features:

  • A Massive, Hostile World

Roam 20 square kilometers of mountains, forests, rivers, and ruins — plus 5 square kilometers of dark caves and sealed bunkers, where the real dangers lie.

  • Full Crafting System

Turn scrap into survival. Craft weapons, tools, armor, and shelter from hundreds of scavenged items and blueprints.

  • Farming (Coming Soon)

Grow and manage crops to prepare for brutal winters when resources grow scarce.

  • Resource Gathering

Mine stone and ores, chop down trees, and scavenge the wilds for rare plants and resources critical for survival and base building.

  • Base Building and Power Management

Build, fortify, and evolve your base. Unlock new architectural styles (6 total planned through content updates). Master an intricate electrical system to keep the lights — and defenses — on.

  • Land and Air Vehicles

Traverse the world with a selection of 4 ground vehicles, from SUVs to UTVs. (Helicopters and drones coming soon!)

  • Looting

Scavenge across a rich, detailed world to find weapons, gear, blueprints, and rare materials.

  • Weapons Customization

Choose from dozens of firearms and attachments. Scrap and upgrade equipment to build your ultimate arsenal.

  • Dynamic Combat

Enemies think, hunt, and adapt. Stay moving, stay fighting — or die forgotten and reclaimed by the land.

  • Hunting and Wildlife

Track and hunt deer, rabbits, boars, bears, and wolves. Some you hunt. Some hunt you.

  • Skill Progression

Level up, specialize, and unlock powerful abilities that match your survival and combat style.
