Transmission in Progress is a detective game located in a sound powered world, playing in the shoes of Evareth, a newly recruited detective caught amidst a confusing set or murders. You must tap into several different audio channels to determine the real suspect of the crimes.

The Transmission in Progress demo is a first-person time management murder mystery game, you will have to allocate your time between multiple different simultaneous events and use careful logic and deduction in order to unravel the truth of the case.

The demo is a prologue to the main game, providing a backstory to the world and many of the characters. It is not crucial to the enjoyment of the main game, but we certainly recommend you play it.

"The deceased is Eratos, Chief of Police, 43 years of age. Cause of death is believed to be a gunshot to the chest. Time of death is estimated to be at 8:30. Click. That should do it, let's get started..."

Seeing as you ARE new to the job, here is a quick rundown of your main tasks for this case:

  • Listen to several different conversations happening live, and remain vigilant to any useful keywords you might hear.

  • Highlight any visible words in your environment, keep them accessible.

  • Find the relations between the selected words using your red string conspiracy board. 

  • Deduce the true culprit behind the murders and bring them to justice.

Feel free to take some time and ruminate on things before you make any conclusions! If you need a break, you may wander the room, but please do not leave -- after all, we are somewhat understaffed right now, we took the effort to set everything up in your hospital room because we need this case solved as soon as possible.
