The Dark Legacy is a first-person psychological horror set in a decayed mansion and an abandoned hospital where the state once conducted secret experiments.

Once a renowned brain surgeon, Dr. Victor Halberg lost touch with reality after the sudden death of his wife, turning his mansion into a dark laboratory. His obsessions and tragedy unearthed not only family secrets but also hidden government projects.

You are his estranged grandson, John Halberg. Drowning in debt, you return to sell the inherited estate. But behind the walls lies more than decay… a legacy that should have remained forgotten.

As night falls, the house awakens. And the deeper you descend, the shadows of the past drag you into a hospital the state tried to erase. There you will find not only traces of experiments, but echoes of screams on the edge of sanity.

We used AI-based image generation tools to create our visual assets (store banners, concept art, and some in-game backgrounds). Voice performances were recorded manually, then processed with AI audio tools to enhance and modulate the actor’s voice (e.g. adjusting thickness and tone). No generative AI is used during actual gameplay or to create code or dialogue in real time.
