Wraith and Tide must prevent Major Hanson from getting the DNA she needs to recreate the monster virus she wants to infect the world with.  There were four targets for the DNA, the first ran, the second is with them, and now it's a race to the third.

How can they compete with the military's vast resources?  How can Wraith continue to expect Tide to fight against both his former best friend and his own father?  The only positive to the situation is that they get to be together, whenever and however they want.
