Nicolas life seemed perfect - his own house, a fiancée and a well-paying job. One day changed everything. His fiancée vanishes without a trace, and the only clue is a game that should never have existed...

The moment you open your eyes, you feel a sense of unease. The daily wake-up in Evelyn's warm embrace is replaced by a cold sense of loneliness. Not expecting anything out of the ordinary, you decide to go about your day as usual. Laundry, cleaning, shopping. On your way back home, you come across a flea market that catches your eye.

You learn that your favorite childhood game developer has just committed suicide. His belongings are being sold at the market to help his mother dig herself out of debt.

Your eye is drawn to one particular item... The only copy of what is likely his newest, unreleased project - a continuation of a classic from years ago. You win the auction. It was the biggest mistake of your life.

A few hours spent in the game fly by - a weird, buggy production full of bizarre glitches. Time for bed. When you wake up, you realize Evelyn never came home at all that night.
