Contagion Protocol is a brutal, stylish bullet-hell roguelike where survival is never guaranteed and the infected never stop coming.

The world has fallen to the contagion. Civilization is gone. You’re what’s left - a lone survivor cutting through endless undead swarms in a fight that never truly ends.

A Bullet Hell in the End Times

Mow down waves of the infected with an arsenal that grows as fast as the horde.
Start with a single survivor and basic gear. Fight, evolve, and adapt - then extract or lose everything. Every run is a desperate sprint between carnage, upgrades, and the looming chance of failure.

Extraction Survival

Survive long enough to face the final boss.
Defeat it, and one of several extraction points activates. Reach it before time runs out and hold your ground for two relentless minutes to escape alive.
Only a successful extraction earns you Contagion Credits, used to unlock powerful permanent upgrades back at the Safehouse.

The Safehouse

Your base between runs - the only place untouched by the plague.
Spend earned credits to unlock passive and active upgrades: ricochet bullets, explosive ammo, extra companions, or new character abilities.
Every survivor can be rebuilt and specialized - but if a character dies in the field before extraction, they’re gone until rediscovered, stripped of their progress.

Weapons and Chaos

Experiment with dozens of evolving weapons and brutal passives:

• Cleavers, rotating blades, boomerang axes, reverse shotguns, radial bursts, and more.

• Stack upgrades for speed, damage, armor, regeneration, and bleed effects.

• Watch chaos unfold as blades orbit, bullets explode, and the screen fills with blood and motion trails.

The Infected Horde

Every run pits you against an ever-growing swarm:

• Over fifteen zombie types: runners, tanks, soldiers, acid spitters, healers, and summoners.

• Enemies evolve and grow stronger the longer you survive.

• No waves, no downtime - just constant escalation until extraction or death.

Maps and Settings

Explore vast, open environments ranging from rural Americana wastelands to crumbling cities.
Each map offers unique pacing, hazards, and spawn patterns that demand new strategies.
