Age, Size, Shape, Muscularity, Gender, and many other items are customized through the use of sliders. Individual items are able to be customized such biceps size, or simple macros can be used to make typical human. Models can be imported and attached to the figure. The figure can be posed and placed in several ways. 

This tool can make you an incredible amount of detail very quickly with limited skill and effort. 

Export High Resolution OBJ files that can be printed on any 3d printer. The 3d print files are provided extremely permissive licenses, you can use your creations anywhere, you can print it as many times as you want, you can share it with friend or post on various file sharing sites.
