This latest demo build includes the complete Day 1 and a first look at the early part of Day 2, giving you the chance to experience a full shift behind the counter and properly step into the world of Coffee Talk Tokyo.

You’ll meet multiple customers, listen to their stories, serve drinks throughout the night, and immerse yourself in the game’s atmosphere and pacing.

This version introduces expanded Tomodachill functionality with clickable hashtags, new drink options including cold beverages, and refinements across dialogue and presentation.

Prepared for Steam Next Fest, this build represents our most polished demo version so far.

ABOUT THIS GAME

Coffee Talk Tokyo returns as a cozy, narrative-driven visual novel set in a late-night café in modern Tokyo. Brew drinks, listen to heartfelt stories, and shape the lives of humans and yōkai alike through meaningful conversations and impactful choices.

In a city of paper and steel, where old and new coexist, a small café becomes a refuge from the sweltering summer heat. Behind the counter, you serve the right drink at the right moment while your customers open up about love, loss, identity, and second chances, all to chill lo-fi beats.

Enhance your latte art with sprinkle stencils, then personalize each drink by adding milk and etching your own finishing touches.

Master Tomodachill

Engage with your customers beyond the café through Tomodachill, the in-game social network.

Tomodachill now features clickable hashtags. By following these hashtags, you can uncover hidden posts from characters you do not yet follow, revealing new layers of the story like a trail of breadcrumbs.

Some hidden posts contain important clues that influence how storylines unfold and can affect your path toward the best endings. Others expand the wider Coffee Talk world, sometimes offering glimpses of familiar faces.
