In Pub Toilet Simulator 25, players race through the randomly generated layout of "Spetherwoons", a traditional English pub, in a fast-paced, first-person scramble to reach the toilet before their piss-meter fills up. The pub features winding corridors, multiple floors, and dead ends, with each level growing larger and more complicated.

Players must also keep their beer-meter full by picking up beers scattered throughout the pub. Delicious pub food can be collected for extra points, but wasting time on food increases the risk of failure.

As the levels progress, the layout of Spetherwoons becomes more complex, demanding quick decision-making, efficient beer management, and fast navigation. The goal is to reach the toilet as quickly as possible while maximizing your score and surviving the increasingly confusing environment.
