About This Game

You're a scavenger who took a wrong jump somewhere and ended up stranded in the Syntar system. It's a relaxed space sim: wander the sectors, poke at strange phenomena, piece together the story of the Syntarians (a brilliant species that isn't around anymore), and look for a way back home.

The Scavenger's Ship: Every build is a puzzle!

The ship builder lets you bolt crafted parts straight onto your core. Mine what you need, craft the parts, and place them anywhere on the grid. Powered parts like shields and turrets draw from your Power Nodes, which you earn by doing quests and exploring, so there's a real cost to every slot. Keep as many designs saved as you like and swap between them whenever the job calls for it. As you go, your core grows too, all the way up to Tier 3.

Combat is quick to read but hard to master. Every part has its own Hull and a Leak threshold; once a part drops below it, your Pressure starts bleeding out. Armor parts soak hits but weigh you down, so where you put things matters as much as what you put on. Pop a repair token mid-fight to rebuild your ship straight from its blueprint, and kit it out with higher-tier railguns, shields and turrets when the sector gets meaner.

Pressure is your lifeline. Leaks drain it and certain abilities spend it, and if it ever hits zero the ship dies, yours or anyone else's.

Serve the station. Earn its power!

Every station has three growth stages, and you climb them by taking jobs at the Space Lounge. Each new stage grows the station and hands you a Power Node, which is exactly the currency you need to power the fancier parts of your ship.

A bot at your service!

Echo-19 tags along wherever you fly. It grabs loose loot for you, patches your leaks when things get dicey, and cracks the occasional joke to keep the mood light out there. More of its tricks are on the way too, combat included, as development rolls on.
