PATIENT ZERO is a hardcore 1–6 player cooperative horror game built around containment, extraction, and irreversible failure.
Enter active quarantine zones, locate viral epicenters, plant containment charges, and evacuate before the area is erased along with you.

The infection adapts. Time runs out.

ORIGIN

Set during the first hours of the outbreak, PATIENT ZERO places you at the center of the incident before the world knew what it was dealing with.

You are not heroes.
You are a response team sent to clean up something that should never have existed.

Through sealed facilities, emergency logs, and abandoned extraction points, uncover how the virus escaped, who authorized it, and why some areas were never meant to be contained.

HOW IT PLAYS

LOCATE → CONTAIN → EVACUATE

• Scan the environment to identify active infection zones.

• Secure access points and plant containment bombs before escalation.

• Hold your ground as the area destabilizes.

• Evacuate before the quarantine protocol activates.

Fail to extract in time, and the zone is wiped clean with you still inside.

COOPERATIVE HORROR

• 1–6 player co-op with proximity voice chat.
  The infection hears you. So does everything else.

• Communication matters. Panic kills.

• Stick together or split up and risk losing teammates permanently.

When someone dies, they are gone for the run.

ESCALATION SYSTEM

The longer you stay, the worse it gets.

• The virus mutates and becomes more aggressive each phase.

• Environments degrade, lights fail, and escape routes collapse.

• Containment becomes harder the closer you get to success.
