In this demo, the following features are available:

• one playable hero with 7 skills (Valeria Ironheart, the Iron Guard)

• 12 base items (sword, hammer, dagger, armor, shield, helmet, consumables, shards)

• 24 recipes (3 swords, 3 hammers, 3 daggers, 3 armor, 2 consumables, 5 gems + 5 spheres)

In the fully released game, there will be:

• 3 playable heroes with 7 skills each

• more base items (spellbooks, crafting materials, more color gems)

• more recipes (tier 2 and tier 3 weapons, armor, shields and consumables such as potions)

Quest of the Hero is a fantasy based dungeon crawler with turn based progression, semi-idler combat, skill and item building and short dungeon runs.

Make choices at every step. Will you be lucky? Or peril will be coming your way?

Each turn pick one of the three presented cards, each one giving you unique bonuses or unleashing bad forces upon you. Is it all luck? Or can you strategize?

Play as one of the heroes with unique play styles

Choose one of the six available heroes, with different play styles, strengths and weaknesses.

• The Iron Guard - a balanced warrior, part of the Iron Guards guild who protects the Iron Fortresses. Strives to balance offensive and defensive spells.

• The Assassin - a quick and swift outlaw that focuses on speed and landing critical hits out of the shadows.

• The Pyromancer - a magic wielding hero, trained in the forgotten arts of pyromancy, that bursts enemies down with fire spells

Quick semi-idle combat. Build up your stats and use spells to overwhelm your foes

Defeat your enemies using a combination of physical attacks and spells. Each hero has its own combat style, and you can also choose different builds to make it more interesting.

The whole world lays unexplored. It's all in the stars.

Collect Relics during your runs and use them to unlock the constellations which will enhance your dungeons with new items, skills and new encounters. After a few hours, your runs will be completely different from when you started.

Keep up with the enemies and the world

You can combine items to create new, more powerful ones, that will give you better odds to reach further. Your enemies become stronger as you progress, so your items should too!

Upgrade your skills or replace them completely

Upgrade your spells to increase their power, or you can swap them out with other skills completely, to shift the focus of your hero from one fight style to another! Defensive or offensive? More debuffs? Better debuffs? More buffes? Healing? Try out multiple builds and reach further in the dungeon.
