Take on your new role as big tech manager, feudal lord, or casino pit boss in Rogue Maze, a tile-based maze defense game that combines tower defense and deckbuilding elements with a darkly playful take on modern society.

You've been brought in to manage the Rogues, an odd assortment of characters who just want to go home. These dastardly denizens try to cross each level along the shortest route. Redirect them through labyrinths of your own design and ensure they become too exhausted to leave.

Build with Intention

Starting with a basic tile deck, you'll have the path segments needed to turn open floor plans into optimally inefficient layouts—but you're not one to settle for the bare minimum, are you? Draw from a variety of Special Tiles to gain maze-work benefits like status effects and damage multipliers. With some strategic positioning, obstacles like stinky bathrooms, security lasers, or slip-and-slides (some assembly required) can dramatically boost that return on investment.

Exhaust and Conquer

Troubled by a particularly pesky Rogue? Gadgets are conveniently located on each level to handle their insubordination. Deploy a giant springboard or offer free food to interrupt unwelcome activities and re-establish order.

Efficiently address disruptive, rebellious behavior, and you'll be rewarded with a shiny new job title and increased visibility with Senior Leadership. Fail to meet your performance targets, however, and you'll be shown the door.

Game Features

• Maze-as-a-Mechanic – Build labyrinths from tiles that act as both pathways and towers, amplifying the classic mazing thrill of tower defense.

• Hostile Architecture – Shape spaces that confuse, tempt, or just mildly inconvenience. March Rogues through sticky movie theaters, pelt them with tomatoes, and use the nearby 5G antennas to amplify the damage.

• Strategic Gadgets – Use items like snacks, springboards, shovels, and shuffles to manipulate Rogues, rearrange your labyrinth, and straighten up your hand. An effective manager uses every confiscated item in their toolkit.

• Playable Personas – Choose your management style: Big Tech Manager, Feudal Lord, or Casino Boss. Each character deploys unique gadgets and a different strategy.

• Unusual Characters – Encounter unruly Rogues like endless Russian Nesting Dolls, hot-headed Headless Hooligans, and the corner-challenged Monoceros. Show some grit and you might even get to enjoy Showtime!

• Replay Value – Expand and refine your tile deck each run, experimenting with new combinations and effects with each self-contained run.
