Miksi Early Access?

We're releasing Dataclysm in Early Access to gather player feedback on core gameplay mechanics and balancing while we plan to develop additional maps, character customization options, and multiplayer features. We hope player input can help guide the development of this tech-themed artillery game.

Miten kauan peli tulee arviolta olemaan Early Access -vaiheessa?

Since Dataclysm is a hobby project developed in our spare time, we anticipate it may remain in Early Access for approximately 12-18 months. This longer timeline reflects our part-time development capacity. We plan to implement features and address community feedback as development progresses. While we aim to provide updates throughout this period, our priority is focusing on quality rather than rushing to meet arbitrary deadlines.

Millä tavoin lopullinen versio tulee eroamaan Early Access -versiosta?

We plan to work on additional features during Early Access, which may include online multiplayer, more characters, maps, weapons, customization options, leaderboards, and additional game modes. Community feedback will help us prioritize which features to focus on.

Mikä on Early Access -version tila tällä hetkellä?

The Early Access version features the complete core gameplay with turn-based artillery combat, destructible terrain, 5 character skins, and 15 tech-themed projectiles. Currently includes local 2-player battles with controller support on all platforms.

We don't plan to change the price when we leave early access.
