About This Demo

This is a playable demo of Save Mom.

Experience a shortened slice of the Radiated Southwest, where the wasteland is crawling with mutants and danger comes fast.

You’ll play through an early portion of the journey with a limited selection of RV upgrades and special abilities, giving you a taste of the progression and chaos of the full game.

Can you protect Mom?

All you’ve got left is Mom and her old motorhome. In this demo, survive a compact but intense run through a post-apocalyptic United States. Explore mutant-infested locations, scavenge what you can, and push your RV to its limits with a subset of available upgrades.

Play solo or team up with 1–3 friends and fight off anything trying to hurt Mom.

Defend Mom

Mom is kind-hearted and gentle. She always sees the good in others, even the mutants trying to tear the world apart. Protect her as she attempts to pet irradiated horrors or calmly strolls through total chaos.

Co-op action!

Play alone or with up to three players. Coordinate, adapt, and survive the demo’s focused challenges together.

Unique Characters

Pick a family member to play as. Each one has a particular set of skills, from close-range brawling to long-range blasting. Unlock and test a reduced set of abilities to see how different playstyles feel.

Gather resources

Explore gas stations, scrap yards, pharmacies, and other points of interest available in the demo. Gather resources to keep the RV moving and Mom alive.

Build defenses

Use the resources you’ve gathered to build strong defenses. Mom's survival depends on it!

Upgrade the RV

Build defenses and install a curated selection of RV upgrades. This demo offers a preview of the customization and destruction awaiting in the full game.
