You own a climbing gym now. Are you qualified? Absolutely not. But that’s not stopping you.

Climbing Gym Simulator is a first-person management game where you build, customize, and run your very own indoor climbing facility. Buy holds, set routes, manage your space, and slowly turn a dusty little warehouse into a bustling bouldering empire.

Features

• First-Person Climbing Gym Management – No top-down menus. You’re on the ground, running the show yourself.

• Freeform Route Setting – Place holds wherever you want, then assign them to specific routes with custom names, colors, and grades.

• Physical Interactions – Grab deliveries, carry boxes, install gear - everything is done by hand.

• Wobbly NPC Climbers – A ragdoll-based puppeteer system brings each climber to life with unpredictable and entertaining results.

• Growth and Upgrades – Expand your gym, hire staff, unlock new tools, and improve your reputation over time.

• Event System – Deal with influencer visits, broken equipment, or customer demands that keep your day from ever going smoothly.

It started with one climb. Now everything I own is covered in chalk, my knees are decorated with mystery bruises, and my bank account is in shambles. When I’m not making this game, I’m probably hanging off a wall pretending to use my legs to climb.
