"Lover" was developed independently by a single person over six months. The initial concept was simply "to create a horror experience about an internet addiction treatment school through visuals and gameplay mechanics,"

which gradually evolved with additional elements to become the current independent horror game "Lover."

Multiple endings—Multiple branches—Path choices In "Lover," players can achieve up to 3 different "special" endings,
