Project Coffee is a sandbox game where you manage a cozy little shop while unraveling a sinister mystery.

The images in the game were initially generated using AI and then heavily reworked by an artist to ensure consistency and quality. Most sprites and scenes were created using AI-generated drafts (ControlNet) as a base, with significant artistic refinement. No live-generated AI content is used.
