YOU ARE NOT ALICE is a social engineering sandbox game where you play the role of a hacker who has taken over Alice's work computer. 

Your goal is to spread through her company by talking to her coworkers and convincing them to run a virus file you can send them.

Learn about Alice, her coworkers, and her company as you explore this open-world conversational sandbox that changes every time you play.

As you infect each employee's computer, you'll be able to...

• Browse their computer files to learn about them, their job, and their relationships with other employees. Sometimes you'll find a personal file or two, too.

• Masquerade as others by using their chat login to talk to their coworkers. Take advantage of their trust by convincing their coworkers to run your virus file.

• Take over other computers as you spread throughout the network: every employee has a new story and new connections to infect.

Choose your own adventure: will you help each employee, or pretend to be them while making things much worse?

We use generative AI to simulate the real-world lives of in-game NPCs, giving each their own personality, preferences, memories, and relationship with the player.
