Bu Oyun Hakkında

Hydroplane is a 2-player local cooperative underwater defense game where two players work together to protect the ocean floor from toxic hazards.

One player controls a floor-bound geyser that shoots charged bubbles to entrap fish, while the other player controls a character (a diver or submarines) that collects those fish and launches them toward the falling barrels to destroy them before they hit the sea bottom.

Survive for as long as possible, earn scrap from destroyed hazards, and spend it on temporary upgrades or convert to permanent currency for unlocking new characters and their abilities.

Features:

• Local 2-player co-op.

• 4 unique playable characters with unique unlockable abilities.

• Unique combat system - entrap fish in bubbles and launch them as projectiles to destroy toxic barrels.

• Environmental threats - If too many barrels hit the sea floor, the run ends and the game is over. Bosses and special hazards (such as underwater sea currents) ramp up the difficulty over time.

• Combo mechanics - Hitting a launched fish with the geyser's bubbles changes their trajectory as well as powering them up for extra damage and scrap material

• Run-based progression - Collect scrap from destroyed barrels to boost stats during the run, or convert it into permanent gears to unlock new characters and abilities

• Per-run powerups - Destroy falling car batteries and seashells for movement boosts and faster charge speed

• Replayable sessions - Short, engaging gameplay loops that encourage experimentation and mastery

Hydroplane is a tight, fast-paced couch co-op experience where timing, coordination, as well as quick thinking and upgrades are the key to surviving the rising tide of pollution.
