A Heavy Morning is a narrative-driven adventure that takes you into the mind of a young woman struggling to face the day ahead of her. Waking up one morning, "the character" finds herself unable to leave the comfort of her bed. Your mission is simple yet profound: help her navigate the first 30 minutes of her day and make it to work on time.

But nothing is as easy as it seems. Every decision you make will shape her reality, guiding her through the simplest of tasks: getting out of bed, washing up, getting dressed, having breakfast, each one a battle against the mental barriers holding her back.

When you are playing in the “Reality” realm, you will have to investigate the behavioral patterns and the influence it has over the mental state of the character. Things like “getting out of bed” will feel like a puzzle. Will you check social media or force yourself from bed? Is any of the previous choices a good one? 

Your behavior and actions will determine if you continue with the rest of the day, or if your character gets stuck in a loop, repeating the day's events again, and again.

Getting to the Mind Space is no easy job, but will allow you and your character to reflect in your choices and your life, confronting your thoughts and feelings that will allow you to return to “The Reality”

In the Mind, you'll navigate mental blocks and puzzles created by thoughts, guided by Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) techniques that you'll learn throughout your journey.
