Lord Lucius Crow, an enigmatic figure by all counts, has had his eye on an Artifact of particular interest. Located on an island in the Atlantic, one that few believe even exists. And he is willing to pay a sizeable sum to conduct an expedition to the island, to find and retrieve said item of importance. Finding the Artifact is one half of the journey

The life of a sailor is monotonous. The days begin to blur. The work is hard, and the ship is a maze. But you have no choice. You are alone. And you must keep the ship running. The darkness of the ship’s cabins can be oppressive, so stay in the light, and keep your focus, lest you fall victim to the shadows of your own mind

An oil lantern may be one of the few things you can trust in the dark corridors of the ship... if you can keep it from going out that is. Use your oil sparingly, use it efficiently... and you may find it even has uses beyond lighting the deep corners of this lonely vessel

The running and maintenance of a ship is a complicated affair. Investigate your surroundings, find clues around the cabins, and solve the intricate challenges on board. And keep alert, as even whilst focused on the task at hand, something could be lurking in the darkness

A ship like this is a maze, and even an experienced sailor can easily get lost in the dark, twisting hallways. Find your compass, make note of key areas on board, and work hard to keep your bearings as you traverse these well-worn hallways and cabins

An artifact of particular interest lies on board. It whispers to you at night from the darkness. It entices all who come into contact. And it has seemingly passed through many hands throughout history, leaving it's own undeniable mark on the world

The eerie loneliness and dark rooms of the empty ship play tricks on the eyes, creating fears which erode at the edges of the mind. Seek out solitude in the light, and find comfort in mementos of your life and loved ones... or else let your mind unravel, to be lost to the tides of madness
