Why Early Access?

“Deaded The Runner is small scope game. Although most of the mechanics are already developed there is much needed polish and player feedback needed before a full release. Early access allows players to play it in it's current state to provide rapid feedback and bug reporting to ensure that creating a smooth and fun final product can happen.”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“I would like to release the game after approximately 1 year of Early Access. This decision may change due to player feedback. Depending on the number and size of changes that i consider critical, the time in Early Access may be extended.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“Almost all of the main mechanics of the game have already been implemented. The main difference between the Early Access and Full version are more variety of weapons and ways to kill the enemy, further polishing of in game effects and a smoother more stable gameplay through bug fixing and optimisation.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“The game currently has all the critical features to allow unlimited gameplay. There is currently a small pool of weapons and ways to kill zombies but the main mechanic of an endless runner is there.”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“No. Price will stay the same during and after Early Access.”
