Varför Early Access?

“We want to build Nonsense Defense with the community. We truly feel that Tower Defense games rely on player creativity and balance. We want to involve players early to help us refine mechanics, polish up co-op play, and make sure we keep the gameplay fun and balanced.”

“We expect to stay in Early Access for around a year. We’re currently targeting a late 2026 full release, but the exact timeline depends on community feedback and the scope of features we add.”

“We plan to add:
- At least 5 more maps and biomes, each with elements that impact gameplay
- At least 3 additional PALs with unique characteristics, more upgrades, different tower types, and at least 3 more heroes.
- Cooler co-op systems and team upgrades, including active and moveable team defenses
- More enemies and boss encounters, each with abilities that fight back

Along the way, we'll definitely polish and add as many quality-of-life updates as possible”

“Yes, but not by much. We plan to gradually raise the price as we add more content and features, while always making sure the price matches the value of what’s in the game.”

Hur planerar ni att involvera gemenskapen i er utvecklingsprocess?

“We’ll be active in Discord and Steam forums, gathering feedback on balance, new features, and general nonsense. Community suggestions will help shape future PALs, abilities, enemies, and maps. Our biggest goal is to make sure all comments and ideas are heard -- and of course, to make a really great game you all enjoy playing.”
