About This Game

Astra Quest is a small arcade-style space shooter with modular starship building. Assemble a ship from cores, base parts, and devices, then take it into real-time battles against enemy ships.

Your ship layout affects how it moves, attacks, and survives. Weapons and utility devices include lasers, plasma drones, shields, and energy drain modules. Between battles, you can adjust your ship and try different module combinations.

KEY FEATURES

  • Build a modular starship using cores, base modules, and devices.

  • Fight in real-time arcade battles with keyboard movement, mouse aiming, and shooting.

  • Play Adventure Mode or Evolution Mode, each offering a different way to enter combat encounters.

Adventure Mode uses constellation-style maps where you choose encounters and manage your ship between battles. Evolution Mode focuses on wave-based survival and score chasing.

Astra Quest is designed around short combat sessions, simple ship customization, and experimenting with different layouts rather than a large story campaign or complex progression system.
