You are a former biologist, erased by a corrupt medical regime. You call yourself a Bloodfly Keeper because you dare to breed these dangerous colonies inside the city walls. Whether alone or with a team of up to 4 keepers, you must manage their hunger, experiment with blood types, and extract their raw resin without getting devoured.

MANUFACTURE CURES

From a hidden workshop, process the raw extract into stable compounds. Refine your production lines to create vials, balms, and supply desperate clients while staying out of sight of the authorities.

EXPAND YOUR EMPIRE

Move your operation into new districts, from freezing cellars to industrial facilities. Upgrade your equipment and rise from a forgotten scientist to the city’s most vital underground healer.
