¿Por qué ofreces acceso anticipado?

«So, starting off the plan is to add up to 15 to 20 more bosses all that can be mutated and farmed for materials. I'm working on the sixth boss currently it's a blob named Bob that summons mini bobs. If you don't destroy the mini bobs before they get big they will blow up shooting teeth in every direction. Every boss will have different mechanics keeping the game overall stay fresh. I plan on adding skills that change existing skills and help them synergize with other skills. For example, there is a lightning ring skill that spawns a lightning ring around your slime every 6 seconds. I plan on adding a skill that makes it so when the lightning ring spawns it spawns fireballs as well that shoot in different directions. There is also a skill in the game that shoots water balls from your slime ever 6 seconds as well. I plan on adding another skill that makes your water balls spawn lightning rings either when they impact an enemy or when they eventually despawn. These two skills mixed together will create chaos while your roaming the wilds spawning lightning rings everywhere that in turn created fireballs that shoot everywhere. And that's just one example of the types of skills I plan on adding in. Right now there are 1100 skills by the end of development I plan for there to be around 5000. I also plan on adding more systems to the game that can be gamed to make the player feel smart and give them incentives to explore the skill tree. For example i plan on adding a totem system that when activated a totem will fallow around your slime. This totem will have different symbols that can be slotted into it. These symbols will have different abilities like creating a corpse or while invincible it will get rid of your invincibility and give you + 1X damage while invincible. All of these abilities can be activated when you click on the totem and three symbols can be slotted into your totem at one time giving it all kinds of mix and match potential. Also, when you click on the totem it will cause an area of damage around it no matter what symbols you have slotted into it. This damage can be upgraded using RNA and DNA which is two materials that are in game. The symbols will be scattered across the skill tree hidden behind small puzzles and mutated boss objectives rewarding the player for exploration and defeating some of the strongest bosses in the game. This is just one of the systems I plan on adding I have two more systems like this one on mind that I want to add but I might add more because I really like making these endgame systems and I believe they add more depth to the game.»

«More systems to pull out power in rewarding and exciting ways. Like for example I plan on adding a totem that spins around the player after the skill has been activated. The totem will have a slot screen on the skill menu that you can slot glyphs into to make the totem do different things damages on click. I plan to hide the glyphs all over the skill menu so players have to discover them before they can use them on there totem. This is one of many systems I plan on adding to the game over the next year.»

«The story is complete and part of the end game is complete. I only have 5 bosses in the game at the moment and around 1100 skills. The complete version of the game should have around 50 to 60 bosses and God knows how many skills at that point probably around 5000.»

«I already post on multiple sub reddit boards that I communicate with regularly. Any feedback I get I will address almost immediately. I will be responding to every review when I can. If anyone want to get ahold of me directly you can on reddit u/Kerly263. I'm on everyday so if you want to tell me how much you love or hate my game feel free to do so there. Or if you want you can just share a screenshot of your highest boss level defeated. I love talking to people about skills and slimes and I could do it all day long. I'm also super open to suggestions. One good example someone on reddit told me that they had a ton of fun with my game, but they believed it was to punishing. They offered 3 separate solutions that they thought still fit the gameplay loop and didn't break the game. I instantly responded thanking them for their feedback and telling them that I really liked their ideas. The idea I liked the most was for an insurance skill. A skill that you can buy that gives you 20% of your build cost back on death. I gave the guy a shout out in the next patch update and now there's a little piece of them in the game forever. So, if you have ideas share them with me, I'm listening. I want to work with you guys to make Skills and Slimes the best idle arpg out there. We can make this thing great together.»

STORY:

The year is 20XX, and the earth is peaceful. Until one day, a giant meteor hit the planet, killing off most of the population. The lucky ones were the ones who died. Right after the meteor hit, people started to shift into unthinkable creatures. You, alone, genetic researcher, have survived Slimeageddon in your underground bunker. You quickly learned how to gain control of the slimes and use their malleable DNA to fight back against the fowl creatures. It is now up to you to hold together your sanity and save humanity. 

GAMEPLAY:

The game is an auto-battler loosely based on vampire survivors. In the game, you play as a slime with low stats, and you roam the wild and collect DNA. DNA is used to unlock skills on the skill tree. There are over 1,000 skills to choose from, some with unique abilities and synergies. After each run your skills reset and you can start fresh on a new build with all the DNA you've gathered. So there's all kinds of mixing and matching possibilities.
