People saw this as a curse from the shadows. The Undying have an instinctive hunger for souls, and as a result, the other races often keep their distance from them.

But there is a glimmer of hope: among the endless darkness, the Undying possess shards of the Sunset's Divine Weapon, which serve as a conduit to link themselves to others—a faint light in this all-encompassing night.

Yet, in the deepest of tombs, someone has awakened an Undying long forgotten, whose name has been lost to time.
