In an alternate Victorian London, the death of a king has brought the superheroes and the police force together to fight crime. You are the final decision maker, you will choose between the leaders of the police force and superhero unit on every dilemma.

Every decision you make will impact the story and how people perceive you. You must balance public opinion and ensure that your decisions lead to beneficial outcomes. Each mission will test your morals, character, and sanity
