In a world where all beings survive by absorbing spiritual energy (LING) and expelling impurities, the three impure energies—SHI (Excrement), NIAO (Urine), and PI (Fart)—are deemed dirty and shameful. Those who fail to purge these byproducts face discrimination, as mastery of spiritual energy defines status and power. Shi Wang, born into such a world, was ostracized for his foul stench and slow absorption of energy. Abandoned and forced to work in waste areas, he unknowingly awakened the ancient legacy of the Shi Fragrance Sect, a once-mighty faction that mastered SHI energy. Through inherited memories and newfound powers, Shi Wang began mastering SHI skills and vowed to restore the sect's lost glory.

The Shi Fragrance Sect, led by the Heavenly Excrement Immortal, was destroyed by the Five Great Clans: Lung, Heart, Liver, Stomach, and Intestine. The sect’s sacred relic, a condensed source of SHI energy, was split into five fragments and guarded by each clan. Shi Wang, having obtained the Lung Clan’s fragment, embarks on a quest to reclaim all five pieces, revive the Shi Fragrance Sect, and reshape his destiny.
