  Being in the company of others will help keep you attached, however if you happen to find yourself isolated and alone, you'll have to wrestle with forces dragging you into the other reality, and away from your own. Though in some cases, travelling between the two realities might just be what you need, as the other side holds secrets of its own. Just know that once you've passed the threshold, that.. thing will pursue you.
