Will I be okay on my own?

Most adventurers haven't set foot out of Everheart without the kings guild. They rely on you to make sure they are prepared for the quest they are about to do. It's your job to make sure they come back without any injuries!

Ok people I need a longsword, two worker gloves, a wand, and some fiber stat!

You can craft weapons and armor for your guild members and for your customers. Gear is the main way adventurers get stronger. Keeping track of what to craft next is essential! Your workers level up just like guildmembers do. So make sure to make use of those extra time slots!

OH NO.... IS THAT A GOLEM ON THE BEACH?!?... Oh... its just a group of tortoises. 

The book of monsters is the key to success. Researching monsters will help you determine if an adventurer is properly geared. Only the best guild masters will be able to fully complete the book of monsters!

You have to make sure that your guild members are questing, workers are crafting, and scouts are scouting. Oh.. and also manage your inventory, make sure orders are being fulfilled, and everyone gets paid daily. As the guild master, you make sure the guild runs smoothly and stays on track!
