About This Game

Warfactory is an automation RTS built on the logistics of large-scale real-time warfare. Every warrior under your command rolls off your assembly line. If production stops, the front collapses.

Design and expand your factory across a hostile hex-grid map. Assemble units piece by piece through interconnected hubs. Deploy formations of samurai mechs against an endless insectoid horde.

You are an ancient Artificial Mind. Thousands of years ago, you swore a digital bushidō oath to serve humanity. The humans are dead. The oath still executes.

Build the machine temple. Fulfill your oath. Purge the plague that killed the galaxy.

Each world is a hex-grid puzzle you must solve under pressure. Place extractors, refineries, and assembly hubs to keep production flowing while the terrain works against you. Resources cluster in hard-to-reach zones. Expansion paths run tight. Every tile placed is a tradeoff between immediate output and room to grow later.

Your factory layout shapes the army you lead. Assembly hubs manufacture hulls, weapons, and propulsion systems, connecting them into machine warriors. Reconfigure production to shift army composition — swap katanas for cannons, treads for hover plates — or rebuild the entire line to meet a new threat.

Battles unfold in real time at massive scale. The horde has overwhelmed entire worlds. Machine infantry collides with insectoids while your factory races to replace the fallen. You will need thousands of units just to hold the line. And as their shōgun, you will command every advance, every retreat, every last stand.
