In "Chessfall" a roguelite adventure awaits you in the chess kingdom – with chess-like moves, but as a unique gameplay experience beyond the classic rules of chess.

Story: 
The white king unexpectedly grants you freedom, demanding in return that you find his missing queen.
You set off on your quest, roaming a realm cursed by a black wizard as a shapeshifter.

Gameplay: 
Cursed black pieces stand in your way, relentlessly pursuing you. Each encounter takes place on chess-like boards – but instead of a normal game, you'll face turn-based battles, surprising situations, and ever-changing combinations of enemies, obstacles, and effects. You don't need to be a chess pro – the key is the use of your items, the construction of your shapeshifting deck, and your tactics.

Collect items and loot that modify your moves, grant passive bonuses, or unlock new tricks. Visit merchants to upgrade your equipment or make risky decisions: Will you save your resources for later – or invest everything to survive the next room?

At the end of each chapter, bosses will stand in your way, testing your strategy. With each run, you'll learn more about the kingdom and its story, discover new synergies between your items, and gradually uncover the truth behind the curse.
