Miksi Early Access?

We chose to launch Space Defense Special Force in Early Access to gather feedback from the community while we continue to expand and improve the game. We want to ensure that the final version delivers the best possible experience, with exciting gameplay and balance. Through Early Access, we can test game modes, mechanics adjustments, and ensure ongoing evolution.

We estimate that the game will remain in Early Access for about 12 months, depending on community feedback and development progress. During this period, we will continue adding new modes and features, focusing on delivering a complete experience in the final release.

The Early Access version includes 250 levels in Arcade mode and Invasion Mode, but the full version of the game will have much more! We are planning to add:

Campaign Mode, with voice acting and immersive cutscenes.
26 challenging bosses throughout the campaign.
Multiplayer Modes, including Split-Screen, Local Multiplayer, and Online Multiplayer.
Survival Mode, where players select their upgrades at the start, with no further upgrades possible.

These modes and features will offer a much richer and diverse experience.

Currently, the Early Access version offers:

Arcade Mode with 250 challenging levels.
Invasion Mode, where players face waves of enemies and can collect dropped upgrades and downgrades.
Ship customization and upgrade mechanics are already implemented and functional.
We are actively working on expanding content and adding new game modes, such as Campaign Mode and Multiplayer, among others.

Muuttuuko pelin hinta Early Access -vaiheen jälkeen?

Yes, the price will increase after Early Access ends. The final version of the game, with all modes and features, will be priced higher than the Early Access version. If you purchase the game now, you will lock in the Early Access price.
